Our combined needle roller bearings can accommodate both radial and axial loads. They are particularly suitable for applications where other types of locating bearing arrangements occupy too much space, or where the axial loads are too heavy, the speeds are too high, or the lubricant is inadequate for arrangements with simple thrust washers. We supplies combined needle roller bearings in three basic designs.
Types of combined needle roller bearings
Needle roller / angular contact ball bearings
Needle roller / angular contact ball bearings without seals in two series:
- NKIA 59 (accommodate axial loads in one direction).
- NKIB 59 (accommodate axial loads in both directions).
Needle roller / thrust ball bearings
Needle roller / thrust ball bearings in two series:
- NX (with a full complement thrust ball bearing).
- NKX (with a thrust ball bearing with a cage).
We supplies needle roller / cylindrical roller thrust bearings
Features of combined needle roller bearings
- Locating bearing arrangement
Accommodate combined radial and axial loads in one or both directions.
- Low cross section
In applications where less space is available, combined needle roller bearings offer a very compact solution.
- High carrying capacity
Owing to their large number of rolling elements, combined needle roller bearings have a high load carrying capacity.
Appilications of combined needle roller bearings
Our combined bearings can be used in different applications, for example:
- machine tools;
- wire-hooding machines;
- capping machines;
